Refunds and Cancellations

1. Refunds:

Refunds are only provided within 7 days. Refunds are not applicable to the Yearly package. Please note that refunds are not applicable for the domain. Refunds are only applicable for hosting within 7 days. If you apply for a refund after 7 days, it will not be processed.

2. Non-refundable Products and Services:

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, there are no refunds of any fee (including, without limitation, administrative fees and/or tax) on dedicated servers, domains, reseller hosting services, or additional products or services such as Codeguard, Digital Certificates, shared VPS hosting, SiteLock install fees for custom software, and/or any other products or services of the Company.

3. Refund Eligibility for Website Development Services:

HostyIndia offers website development services that may involve the integration of third-party modules, plugins, and themes. Please note that if certain third-party components do not function as expected, our responsibility is limited to ensuring proper integration as per industry standards. We do not take responsibility for the functionality, compatibility, or performance of third-party modules, plugins, or themes.

4. Non-Functioning Third-Party Components: Development Services:

In the event that a third-party module, plugin, or theme does not work as intended and this negatively impacts the overall functionality of your website, Hosty India will make reasonable efforts to assist in identifying and rectifying the issue. However, if the non-functionality is due to the inherent nature of the third-party component and is beyond our control, we will not be held responsible.

Cancellation Process:

Hostyindia.com services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or that may directly facilitate the violation of any particular law or regulation, is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.

Additional Clause: Data Retention for Website Development Services:

If a user has any type of website developed, their website data will remain safe with us as long as their services are renewed. However, if a client fails to renew their hosting services, we can keep their data safe for one month. After one month, if the client does not renew their services, they will be solely responsible for any data loss. HostyIndia will not provide any assistance, and no refund will be issued. It's important to note that website development services are separate from hosting services. Hosting services need to be renewed to keep your services active.
