Our managed server partnership includes a fully configured server with all the features listed above, 24/7 technical support, server management, security updates, performance optimization, and branding customization options. Please note that WHMCS license and maintenance are not included and need to be purchased separately.

Do I need technical knowledge to start?

No, you don't need extensive technical knowledge. We handle all the server management and technical aspects. You just focus on selling and growing your business.

Can I use my own domain and branding?

Yes, you can use your own domain name and completely brand the hosting services as your own. We provide white-label services that allow you to build your own brand identity.

Can I take the plans on a monthly basis?

Yes, all partnership plans can be taken on a monthly basis, providing you with maximum flexibility. You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly, or annually based on your business needs. Please note that WHMCS license and maintenance are not included in the partnership plans and need to be purchased separately.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

No Refund Policy: These partnership plans are designed for business purposes at affordable prices, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Payment Structure: For monthly plans, you must pay 1 month in advance. Your first month requires payment for 2 months (1 month advance + 1 month current). Monthly bills will be generated and must be paid on time.

Advance Payment Coverage: The 1-month advance payment will cover your last month of service when you decide to discontinue. Your advance payment will be adjusted in the final month.

Cancellation Notice: You must notify us at least one month before you plan to cancel your partnership. This advance notice is required and helps us manage resources efficiently. For example, if you want to stop using the service at the end of June, you need to inform us by the end of May. Sudden cancellations without prior notice are not permitted as per our service agreement.

Is there a limit to how many accounts I can create?

No, there's no limit to the number of cPanel accounts or WHM accounts you can create. However, server resources are shared among all accounts, so we recommend proper resource allocation to ensure optimal performance.
